Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or engaging our services.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Landplan.co.ke website and any land, architecture, construction, project development or property management services engaged through us. By browsing this site or signing an agreement with Landplan.co.ke, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Property Listings

All land, house and project listings on this website are for informational purposes and subject to availability. Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and may change without prior notice until a reservation deposit has been received and confirmed in writing.

3. Reservations & Payments

A plot, house or unit is only reserved once a reservation fee has been paid and acknowledged by Landplan.co.ke. Full payment terms, instalment plans and transfer timelines are set out in the individual Sale Agreement signed between the client and Landplan.co.ke, which takes precedence over any general statement made on this website.

4. Title Deeds & Due Diligence

Landplan.co.ke conducts due diligence, including title searches at the relevant Ministry of Lands registry, before listing any parcel of land. Clients are nonetheless encouraged to conduct their own independent verification and are welcome to accompany our team on site visits and land searches.

5. Construction & Design Services

Architecture, design and construction services are governed by a separate project agreement specifying scope, cost, timeline and payment milestones. Any changes to an approved scope of work may affect the agreed cost and completion date.

6. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, or use content from this site for commercial purposes without our written consent. All content, images and branding on this site remain the property of Landplan.co.ke.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure listings and information on this website are accurate and up to date, Landplan.co.ke shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on website content in place of a signed agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration in Nairobi.
